I'm looking for a  day wheel for my 819 Caravelle. The movement is labelled 11 UOACB. I found a day wheel for an 11 AOACB.    

Will this work? What is the difference between the two calibres?

What about the residual radium on the numbers / Hands ? how to manage it ?

HI there, I have recently bought a large collection of vintage Bulovas - Spaceviews, Astronauts, thr Doctor's Pulsation model etc. About 60 watches in all. Most are in superb condition and working well. However a handful have some small issues. Can members recommend anyone who can repair tuning fork Bulovas? Please help!  

Hello, I'm new to this forum and to the brand and would like any information I can find on my newest addition to the collection. I just purchased a L9 dated Jaguar A in 14k online and am awaiting it's arrival. I have been unable to find really anything about these online and would appreciate any information on it. I wondered particularly if the dial should say "Swiss" on it like my other original vintage Omegas etc? I know on most vintage watches if it doesn't have that it is likely a redial and it seems this would be a difficult pattern to replicate.

Does anyone know what size gasket I could use to replace a case back gasket on a J-3055 Case? I can't find any G835 gaskets. As these become more rare it would be nice to have a reference for the sizes of gaskets used in these old cases.  Thanks in advance. 

We were watching the Lindsay Lohan movie on Netflix,  “Our Little Secret”.  Then we  a little close-up of a Bulova.

Good evening.  I am new to the forum - This is my second attempt to post so sorry if the previous one shows up as a duplicate.  I just purchased what I was told was a non running astronaut M4.  Had a dead battery which leaked.  I have ordered a new battery for it.  I opened the case and cleaned out most of the debris from the battery compartment.  There is however a small piece of something lying between the base of the battery post (the one with the  yellow wire attached to it) and extending behind the green plastic wall of the battery compartment.

I've seen a couple of these in the last 10 years but I've always thought it was a redial.  It appears to be a black luminescent dialed President from say the early 1940's.   Almost like a "General", but with a yellow gold case and black dial vs the rose gold/copper.

I need to lengthen the stem for a navigator clock I'm working on once I can find a correct length stem. Someone suggested a stem extender, but I need to know the tap of the crown if anyone has that. Thanks.

I'm looking for a stem for a Navigator Mark IV. It's just over 24.78mm long as that's the longest I have and it's still a bit short. Any ideas about where to find one of these. Thanks, Bob
