Here is one I believe to be a 1974 Bulova Sea King "GN". Like this one previously ID'd same as mine without the lume dots or whale. https://mybulova.com/watches/1972-sea-king-7007. The case is gold plated with a stainless steel back with an N4 date code. The movement is an 11AN 17J with an N3 date code. The dial is white with hour numbers at 3,6,9,12 along with hour markers with black inserts in all markers , numbers and hands. The only difference is it is missing the whale on the dial as well as the lume dots. Could be a change in 1974 when this watch was produced. Odd that the engraving celebrates 10 years of service 1962 - 1972 but the date code is N4 which means it was presented in 1974 two years after the anniversary.
Nice watch and a great snag, love the inscription anomaly.
Sea King "GN" looks to be a match.
