Hi all-- I believe this to be a 1959 Miss America B or C in White. Here is where I'm iffy---the previous years have the white version listed as C, including the 1959 Model Price list in the MyBulova archive. But the ad I've attached lists it as an option for a "B". Considering the 1958 Line Book lists it as "C" (as seen here), that's what I'm leaning towards?
Normally I like 30s watches, but I'll be darned if this gal isn't working her way into my top 5 favorites. I have no history on it before I acquired it but it appears it is all cosmetically original.
Case Back Top: “Bulova L9 – 10K R.G.P. Bezel – Stainless Steel Back” - Case Back Bottom: “U431930” - Inside Case Back: "Bulova - 10K Rolled Gold Plate Bezel - Stainless Back - New York" with faint etching "H9668" and "H4638" - Dial: "Bulova" with "Swiss" under the 6 at the very bottom. Winding Knob has "Bulova" engraved on it. Kreissler stainless steel band. Will likely be replacing it as the edges are uncomfortable.
