Watch Description

I was gifted this watch a few years ago, and it was accepted with no information other than it was from an uncle. The back side has the code B80411. I have not attempted to take the cover off. It has a battery that code of 387 that I'm having difficulty locating. The band appears to be feminine, but that is my opinion. I'd like some information if anyone can help. I will not sell the watch as it was from a favorite family member, and it had some value to him as well as myself. I selected the 1941 date using the letter B on the backside. I doubt it's from that era.

On the caseback, there should be a date code under the serial number. I can't quite make it out in your photo, is it N0? That would be 1970. To start ID process, we need to determine date of production.

Welcome to myBulova and thanks for sharing your heirloom watch with us.  So far no luck for me on an exact match.  I agree with Bob that it is N0 1970 and I do not think the calendar band is original.  Will keep looking.

Going on the assumption your watch is a 1970; I went through our LinebookBAWO173 and found a potential close match in . The model number shown contains a "W", which seems to indicate a white case. This was the only entry showing this casing with Spaceview configuration with matching hands.

No doubt about it looks like a 1970 Bulova Accutron Spaceview.   Most likely a very well worn yellow gold plated version of the white one referenced in the linebook. The watch bracelet is a replacement calendar band which had a smaller width and spring ends to fit watches 14mm-18mm.

I've found a reference for the yellow version as a 22010-3Y.

Looking for a confirmation listing.

The white version is also listed as an Accutron Spaceview "T". Nothing yet on the yellow version except the above reference model number.

Finally found what I think is the correct model variant: 1970 Bulova Accutron Spaceview "U".
