This is double date stamped with the X and T - Has a 14K Gold Filled Rose Gold case - The case has hidden lugs covered by the 1/2 hexagon tops. The case measures 21.2mm x 22.1mm not including the covered lugs. This is very similar to the Broadcaster of the same period but not as tall.

Possible match to the 1941 Bulova Rockland noting a possible dial variant.
