Welcome and thanks for sharing. Based on case markings, this appears to be a model produced overseas for the non-US market. We have one like it in the database HERE that we were unable to name. I looked again and came up empty.

Agree this is a 1974 Bulova International Date and Day.  Model name or number eludes us for now.
