My only guess on this one is international??? Yellow gold-tone case with what I might call fluting around the edge. It measures 34.1 mm across without the crown and lugs. A beautiful burst-style dial with the burst effect starting at the 6 position and flowing upward and outward from there. Yellow numbers at 3-6-9-12 positions with linear indices at the rest. Screw on style caseback with Bulova, Swiss, and waterproof on it. Inside caseback has the MO date stamp which is also on the 11AFC movement. This one is a real beauty. Large case size for its time and the dial really stands out. Keeps pretty good time within 2 minutes per day.
Thanks for looking and for any info.
I search high and low on this one. Love the dial and the bezel. I can't say I have seen anything like this one. Looks to be an international model to me based on the case back.
Also found nothing in the linebooks to match. Came close, but nothing suggesting a model name other than to say it's certainly an 'International' model.
1960 Bulova International
Love this one; but sorry, same here. I agree it's very likely an international release not advertised or sold in US.
