1968 Bulova Oceanographer E. Owned by my grandfather and passed over to me many years ago. Well worn with lots of wear. The stem has been broken since I received it so I let it sit for years. Recently motivated to get it up and running again. Movement is 11BLACD and once I opened it and wound it up, seems to run pretty good. Will need a full service eventually. The split stem is broken on the male post, crown side. From what I have seen in other pictures, I'm not sure that the crown and post are original. The crystal is very scratched, but I gave it a couple minutes with a polishing kit I have and I think it will come back quite nicely. looking forward to getting it up to a reliable regular use watch. Any insight into the split stem and correct crown would be appreciated. I have been scouring the web and I believe the crown is a 386-3W, but the stem has me stumped. The PN listing I found 16M 11AFC 10.31mm doesn't seem like it's applicable to this 706 case.

Thanks, I have seen all of the part number in the catalogue, but Im still not sure about the stem. There is a 16M-11AFC 10.31 on ebay, but it does not look like mine. My watch has the male post on the crown side. I did find another post and crown that will work for now. I will post up some pics once I have it cleaned up.
