Here's an Accutron 214. The case back is stainless steel, dated M6, marked waterproof, patented, and has a 10 KT GF Bezel. A black and gold stretch calendar band was already on the watch.
Replaced the Accucell with a new one. It's humming nicely and keeping time!
I believe it's a 1966 Accuton 214, model 411. The non-lume dial/hands and 10K GF made me question my choice. Thanks for your assistance in reviewing my guess!

Gold, crosshairs dial with raised indices and glit seconds around the outside. The case back is stainless steel, dated M6, marked waterproof, patented, and has a 10 KT GF Bezel. It has a black and gold stretch 1970s calendar band. The setting crown is on the back of the watch.
