Inherited this watch from my great grandfather. Appears to have rubies in the 3, 6, and 9 positions on the watch face, as well as small diamonds at the 1,2,4,5,7,8,10, & 11 positions.
Look as Beau Brummel

Beau Brummel pending confirmation of the movement and jewel count.
Your great grandfather had good taste Scazzo. Looks exactly like a Beau Brummel to me and in very good cosmetic condition also.
Are they really diamonds? The ad says white stones and simulated rubies.I know they did use diamonds on some of their watches and these are usually advertised as having real diamonds.

Good point on "white stones" vs Diamonds. I'm with JP. I'd go Beau once we have an idea of the movement details.
Thanks for the help. Not sure about if they are real diamonds or not, I just made an assumption. But I would not be suprised if they were the white stones and simulated rubies as advertised.
I finally got the cae open and the watch movement is 8BA.
It sure does look like the Beau Brummel.

When you had the case open, did you confirm the jewel count? I think all but one 8BA's we have in the database are 17 jewels, and the 15 jewel 8BA example may be a typo.
Hi scazzo, welcome to myBulova. I think inheirited watches are wonderful things. To think this one came from your GREAT grandfather is priceless. In terms of the ID, I will go with Beau Brummel. Congratulations, it's a beauty.
