Hello everyone! Adding another Bulova to the database. I think this is an ad match to Margo. This seems to be non-conforming as the case is stamped 49 and the movement has a T mark. There seems to be something scratched above the mark and I can't quite make out what it is… Looking to see what you all think! Thanks!
Yes I would agree with Margo, like this one https://mybulova.com/watches/1947-margo-12029. But you are on the right track that it has probably had a movement/dial replacement. Based on the unique case design I would still be ok with Margo as an ID, noting replacement.

I agree with Kathy, the case alone is probably the determining factor for the model name. However it would not surprise me in the least if the rose gold dial is just another variant.
For now however I agree with it being a 1949 Bulova Margo.
