Bulova's in-house column wheel monopusher chronograph. Smallest diameter for a production chronograph. Getting rare.
Generally with gold watches you can rely on the gold value to get a sense of the value of the watch, unless it is a high end maker or extremely rare. The weight of the case would have to be determined by removing the movt and leather band, and for this I recommend a qualified watchmaker.
