This is one of the cleanest Bullys that I have ever come across, for being 70+ years old, the only thing done to this was service it, and replace the crystal which was not scuffed or cracked, but had yellowed over the years. The case has no scuffs or scratches, it didn't even need a polish. I really don't think it was ever worn, the neat leather band buckle holes show no sign of being strapped on!
The super clean movement is a 1940 dated 15J 10AX, It has a 10K RGP bezel and a Stainless back with a 1940 serial number, the White dial with Gold applied numbers has no marks from the bezel, and the Gold hands are corrosion free.
This is a very nice 1940 Bulova Winston.
