I believe this is the Lady Bulova 'F', as seen in this 1938 ad. 1937 looks to be the correct date, arrow on movement and leading '7' in the s/n. Non-original band. 1937 example in the database.

It’s hard to read the movement number but it’s clearly an AZ. The size is too big to be a 3 ligne movement. But it’s a match to the other 6AZ movements in the database.
