This ebay find appears to be a 1939 Lady Bulova from research on MyBulova.com. I am not really able to match the date symbol stamp exactly to a '39. It's in great shape and does run and could use a service. I doubt the bracelet is original. It is small, almost like its for a child. I got this for $8 as a donor but it is in much better shape than the watch I am working on!
1940 Lady Bulova like this one https://mybulova.com/watches/1939-lady-bulova-13743 dating by the case. Will look to see if there are variants.
Certainly a Lady Bulova. Here's and advert for the plain case (non-engraved) version. No variant mentioned, but like Kathy will keep looking.

So this advert lists the 'C" and "E", meaning the plain case probably also had a variant.

or maybe not....shownhere with other variants without a variant letter assigned. Possible the "A".

So this advert looks to list a plain bezel on cord as the Lady Bulova "B". Could plain bezel on bracelet be the "A"....had to say.

Short of a definitive finding on variant, 1940 Bulova Lady Bulova
1940 Lady Bulova looks to be a good match.
