Case is 10k gold filled. This is a physicians watch which I believe is from 1933 but I can’t find the model name.
Welcome and thanks for posting this unusual watch. We have seen this one before, but never in a yellow gold case. The circle stamp on the movement under the s/n indicates a date of 1934. We have never found an ad for this model, and currently categorize it as a Physician.

I'm comfortable ID'ing this as a 1934 Bulova Physician, but as the eternal skeptic, I'd love to see and advert.
