White finish Dial with Silver machine finished center section shows raised Copper Roman numerals. Minute register is composed of a series of raised Silver dots. Dial signature and Seconds register are printed in Black
Hour and Minute Hands are Black Modern style and a Black Modern style Seconds Hand appears on a sub Dial at 6 O'Clock.
Hinged Caseback is stamped as shown.

That is the serial number on that movement Fifth. But if you notice, the movements have the differences. On one Bulova W. Co. is stamped on one plain. On the other it has Bulova W. and Co. stamped below it. Most likely they were made in different years. I'm just guessing. I'm not an expert on these.

I'm trying to figure out how the winding system works on yours Fifth. The winding stem, I would think, should go through the center of the winding pinion and the clutch wheel, yet it looks like the setting lever, which would hold the winding stem in the movement, is located off to the right about 10 degrees. Also wondering if you had to pull the hands and dial to access the screw head on the setting lever to remove the winding stem. Could it be assembled incorrectly?
