Can you confirm the movement is either 7 jewels or 17. This does not appear to be a 17 jewel movement, nor a 15. It looks to be a 7-jewel, and it is likely the Walton model; however there is also the Hancock to consider, which is identical to the Walton and I don't see a difference between the two. Both models shared the same model number (31901) and were advertised at the same prices ($24.75 and $27.50) during the same years.
