Looks similar to the Chesterfield- but in white gold. Ad dated 1938. Subject watch is white gold & has the side engraving. In the ad graphic below, the Douglas has engraving on the front and side, where the Chesterfield does not? Subject could be a 1934 (circle) movement in a 1937 case.
The Buckingham has 17 jewels. The 1951 Montgomery has stainless back.
