Not sure if I am posting in the correct area... I have had a box of old watches and parts for years, I pick up interesting things for costumes now and then. I dug in my box to find a part to fix my five dollar Walmart watch and found this one working. I've been wearing it for a few months, nearly did the dishes while wearing it.. Then out of the blue, I got the idea to look it up.
.After reading the forums, I realized it was pretty special. I don't think it can be my everyday watch now. I'd like to know more about it... It says its 23 jewel, selfwinding. Based on the M7 I gather that it's a 1967 model. Does it have a name? What sort of documentation would I need to sell it?
The band says: 1/20 10k G.F top caps with the name Speidel USA. The back of the watch says: 0015 gold electroplate bezel, 10KT RGP back, Shock Resistant, Anti Magnetic, self winding, water proof...the number F418283 and an M7....
