No dust cover and I don't think it probably ever had one.
On offense intended with any of my comments...I was merely trying to involve all the clues to clarify the year of manufacture and the practices of Bulova at the time of manufacture.
As you say Wayne: "The only reason we are having this conversation now is because you listed the manufacture date as 1926 with a square date symbol that equals 1927."
Although I will note that in the additional information field, I made the production date of movement and my reason for putting it in as 1926 related to the engraving very clear.
I will change it to 1927 consistent with the practices of this forum...
