Ah, so here is the beginning of the Bulova collection? I knew you'd be back.
This one is a Minuteman, it appears to be in excellent condition, I doubt it saw much wrist time back in the day. The dial can be refinished to look like new again, I think it would be worth it if you plan to wear this one. Also recommend a professional service if you plan to wear it. We have another example here:

Thanks for sharing it!

Sorry it took me so long to make this post. Yes, this is the beginning of the Bulova collection. I got the watch from my dad about a year ago. Fortunately it has not seen much use. Where would I be able to have dial refinished? The area clock smith doesn't have this service available. Thank you for the helpful information.
Minuteman, A.
I would recommend International Dial, they do good work, especially with Bulovas I have sent them.
1960 Minuteman "A"
1960 Minuteman "A" works for me.
Changing model name and variant based on the 1960 Line Book BAWD0139 page 25. The ad attributing this as a Minuteman was from 1962. The Linebook from 1960 lists this as a SVP III. Suggest we change this based on the line books.
