Found in the bottom desk drawer after being put away some 20 years ago, gave it a shake and started running but sadly stops after a short run, so without the steady skills to service it will go for sale.
Nice Rolled Gold 10k gold filled bezel with very distinctive style side scallops extending the length of the crystal.

I agree the watch is a 1959 Bulova SVP III. I assume the main photo is incorrect and should be removed.

Would have to agree. In combination with the linebook entry and the following advert, a 1959 Bulova SVP 'III" seems the best candidate.
