I just got this. 15 inches diameter. This company is still around, but not the same people. All aluminium back. I have not checked movement. Lighted with two bulbs, still runs.

Welp, the Maddie arrived today in immaculate shape but non-running. As all Ebay sellers love to state "wound to tight", (love that joke) but the good things are the movement specs match the ad. 6AF movement, 15 jewels, Stephan this is for you!!! Movement serial number 204319, case serial number(and I think this is real important) 111 000 8 just like you see it with spaces! I've never seen one with intentional spaces before, so I looked at my 1928's and 1929's etc and they are all consecutive with no spaces???
Curious as to any information related to this watch, such as date of manufacture, model name if any and approximate value. I researched this until my eyes were about to give out and joined this site for help and to add any help I can, in my limited capacity. What I found out as a means to date is to check the chart that has corresponding symbols and dates, and which symbols are located above the "B" in Bulova on the works. Sadly, there is no symbol on my watch.
Saw it and just had to make it mine. Nice aluminum coaster.

So I bid $476 on this.... with 5 secs to go.. aaand apparently eBay didn't get my bid... AAAARGGGGGH!! I sat there and watch as I'm trying to bid again... NOTHING... /gnashing of teeth
Well gents here's a find I thought I'd share. I may have overpaid. I guess it depends on your perspective.
Two early 30's Bulova Jump Hour cases. One natural gold plate the other white gold plate. This find came with a running Bulova 13AT, 15 Jewel Jump Hour movement that actually fits in both cases!
This was the question I posed to the seller:
Hi - Couple questions. The points on the four corners, is the gold worn off on the tops? Does the watch set time and run? What is the condition of the gold on the bracelet, is there a lot of wear on the clasp?

There is no gold on the outside of the watch. The watch is 10k gold filled. It is on the inside of the watch. The watch does not have batteries so I do not know if it runs but my guess by looking at the inside is that it does.
We have started to see more and more matching His and Her sets of late.
I thought it'd be a nice opportunity to start a thread to showcase all those wonderfuo His and Her sets that Bulova released.
Come on...I know they're out there. Lets look to get them all under the one post.
