Wayne - Resistant, not proof, I can't remember the date - 1967ish, the word "proof" could not longer be used, over night everything (except fish) became 'resistant'.

If you ever id this one I will be a happy camper. I have a 5- model (I guess that makes it a 1975) but mine has hash marks for numerals but all else is same.
Bulova "Battleaxe". All it needs is a handle!
