1971 Accutron Date and Day - 10KT Rolled Gold Plate back
Thank you for posting. This looks to be a 1971 Bulova Accutron Date and Day "AV" according to this 1972 ad. Hard to tell if the engravings is on this version though.
From the 1973 Linebook I found this.
I think it's close. The subject watch seems to have groves on the front of the bezel. The AV shown in the advert and linebook looks to have a clean front bezel.
It might just be that the images do not show the groves.
The subject watch case appears to be electroplate, not the gold filled mentioned in the ad. It otherwise looks like a match. I've found other 'AV' ads that do show the bezel grooves.
So far, I do not find another match.
