14K Gold Filled
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I have yet to experience the sound of a Accutron! But am really looking forward to the day I finally do!
Beautiful watch Bob and well photographed. I think we here at myBulova.com can lay claim to having some the nicest photographed watches on a vintage watch website
I agree Stephen. Jerin's suggestion of the light box and a new camera has made a big difference to my pictures. Some of our members don't use a box and still take beautiful shots. I was originally going to buy only one Accutron and now I have three, so be careful :)
Hi Bob
I didn't see any mention of a possible variant or "model number" in the comments of this thread, but it looks like there may be a "model number" in the ad in root record. Sure looks like your watch matches that ad, unless the ad is for white gold or Stainless Steel. Is there a proposed model number for this watch? Thanks
In reply to Hi Bob I didn't see any by William Smith
I looked for the ad in root record ("the tic vs the hum"), but couldn't find it in the ad database btwn 1968 thru 1971. The file name of the ad graphic says it's a 1969 ad.
Resolution of ad in root record too poor to read a possible model number.
Generic 1969 Accutron Calendar from me.
