This was a gift from my father and I would like to try and restore it to original condition. It’s in decent shape but needs a new battery and a servicing. I just located and ordered an original leather band but other than that know very little about it. Any info that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
I don't recall seeing an open worked Accutron like this, only Spaceviews and I think they were all no date models. I wonder if it was a jewelers cut away on a standard dial model.
Makes sense when it's an Accutron Spaceview with a calendar function...or a 1969 Accutron Calendar Spaceview.

Wow, that's great. Thanks for posting.
Well I totally missed that one in the line books. Cool and unusual version.

WOW - I would have SWORN this was a hand cut dial. I never would have imagined it coming from the factory like this. VERY cool! This is one I have never, ever seen.

I'm a huge fan of heirloom watches, you are most fortunate to have this beauty. Do you have someone to service it?

Thanks Geoff, I haven't gotten that far yet but would appreciate any recommendations you would have for any reputable service shops for these types of watches.

Thanks Geoff, I'll follow up with Mike.
Wow is right. I'm amazed that it is a Bulova factory watch as well. First one I have ever seen.
