Thank you for posting this watch. Based on the 1969 Linebook it appears to be a 1968 Bulova Sea King "CA".

Sea King "CA" appears to be a good match for 1968.
We don't have linebooks for 1968, and these calendar models look to change from Date King to Sea King some time around 1968 or 1969. There were still a few Date King models in 1969.
