You have a wonderful gold watch here. Based on this ad (bottom right) it is a 1967 Butova Accutron Calendar "AD"

Accutron Calendar 'AD' is a match; but the current movement is not correct, as the 219 series did not come out until around 76/77. I think I also see an N7(1977) stamp near the battery cell. My guess is that the 2181 movement would be the correct one for this watch in 1967.

Clearly movement has been changed out. Check the calendar alignment. jv

Agreed as Andersok noted the movement is replaced with a more modern Accutron caliber.
