At first I thought it was the same watch, but the serial numbers are different.

I noticed this anomaly as well. Neither watch is a dial match to the linebook and movements for both are 2 years off. I'm inclined to think this is a production glitch. Perhaps the watch was to be released in 1965/1966 with cases produced but was delayed for some unknown reason - ending up with newer movements and a dial that differed from initial planned production?
The case (and dial shape) are certainly a stand alone style and doesn't appear to have been used for any other model.
THIS ONE is the only other example in the Db, and is a dial match to linebooks and dated 1966.
