Will,
It looks like the 'SENATOR'
ad Dated 1934 http://www.mybulova.com/sites/default/files/vintage_ads/bulova-ad-1934-…
* there is a slight deviation in the sub Dial from advertised.
Agreed, Senator.
That's not a pattern brother. That's some artists shading. I have your watch in wg, gold, and combo. The watch isn't long and lean like that at all. They're short and fat like yours and this:

Thanks Shawn. It makes a big difference when you've handled a gazillion of the actual watches. I have not. Subject sure looks like your example, and if that's shading by the artist, it looks like the ad too. Let me check in my parts drawer to see if I have a Senator hang tag...that would clear things up. :) Now what do I do with the darned watch? Place it back in a seal-a-meal bag w/ desiccant and put in the sock drawer for a few more years...? Seems like such a waste of a good watch...but it's my way... I'd almost give the thing to a good home (if you want the white version too). My wife and brother say I should collect Bulova watch photos, as the photos don't stop running or need servicing...
Good eye Will!
A fine detail I have not noticed before, nor which anyone has mentioned prior which Your 'SENATOR' shows:
The arteest appears to be illustrating a brushed finish Case bezel horizontal.
I'll vote when the complete watch is added.

Geoff It's all there, I just forgot to take a photo w/ the movement in the case. It does make it hard to "see" what the actual watch looks like. 'll get another photo of it together...ive just been busy and lazy.
This listing meets the site requirements for entry into the database and there are Watches ID'd with less... a lot less.
I'd say re-dial, there is not enough wear on the edges where the bezel contacts the dial to be original 1934.
