Cross Hair Dial with M4 (1964) engraved on caseback but M6 (1966) engraved on automatic rotor.  Movement 11 ALAC appears to have been first manufactured in 1966.

From the 1964 linebook your watch seems to be the President "G", it did have a different band but your watch could have a replacement.  Noting 2 year movement gap.
