I believe this is an American Eagle (F) , 'Ruggedly Handsome ' according to the ad ! . running sweetly with slight marking to the dial but otherwise very clean. Lots going on with this model .
Nice one, one of my personal favorites of the early 1960's. Lots of interesting design elements incorporated into this model. The vast majority of these I have seen display varying amounts of face staining starting near the crown and migrating around the dial edge. It appears to be a pretty common affliction for this particular model. I almost think it might have been a design flaw that allowed moisture in around the winding stem, or perhaps an issue with the coating on the dial.
