I believe this is an American Eagle "A"  10K Gold Filled. Original Bracelet. Photos 3 and 5 are from Ebay vendor abrath1956.  Date stamp on movment looks like a miss stuck shield. If it's not I don't know what it is!

bobbee, I'm a sucker for a watch with the original band. This one is huge! Slides right off my largest watch holder. Got to see if I can get a link or two removed!
