1960 Bulova SVP VII
SN V311299
Yes like this one https://mybulova.com/watches/1960-svp-vii-12642 S Style V Value P Performance. Does the movement have an NO date code? The dial does look different to the other example as well so may be a replacement dial/movement?
1960 Bulova SVP "VII"
Kathy verified it from the line books before I posted. The 1960 Elizabeth in the DB is the same. Possibly misidentified.
1960 Bulova SVP "VII" is a match
N0 = 1970. Unless I'm seeing the movement stamp incorrectly.
Having a 10 year span would make this watch non-conforming, noting that the everything about it is the SVP model from 1960.
Panel thoughts?
I am seeing NO as well which would put it at Non-Conforming with that span of between the watch and the movement. However we do have the linebook and the SVP is the only watch with this case shape in 1960 so I would be ok with IDing it as such and noting the movement replacement.
1960 Bulova Non-Conforming.
I don't think the N0 movement datestamp is an issue. We see this often with the 11AF movements for 1960; plus, if this were an actual 1970 movement, it would be gold color.
Agree with SVP VII
I'm going to Agree with Ken on this one.

Noting movement date discrepancy.
