I'd say part of the Bulova 30 Jewel 'Commander' series, but I cannot find a case and dial match for a particular variant.
I did find a case match on a Bulova 30 model, but dial was different.

Commander was one of the few lines to get 30j. I would be tentative.
The 60s 30-jewel Commander series came out in 1965. Per the 1965 Annual report stating this as a new model series with seven new 30 jewel models; also there are no 30-jewel Commander models advertised prior to 1965.
This being a 1960 watch, it would be from the Bulova 30 line, variant unknown. There are numerous variants that we have not beenn able to identify.
It is very similar to the 'BW', 1960 ad, but this linen dial is different. Case and band are a good match though.
I'm on board with tentative Commander.
