There are a couple of these in the database already. 1957 Bulova 23 "S". The band might be original, but is the seconds hand too long?

Actually, I think this is the TW variant, The S has a smooth lug while this one is creased. Here is nice match, Advert here, note the length of the seconds hand, I think it's fine.

So I wonder if the "TW" was the 1960 version, or it may be a mount variant.

Here is a listing from the 1957 Linebook (BAWD0131), showing what looks to be an exact match, including the expansion band.

Like many of these variants, Bulova added the W in 1959, so TW for 1959 onward, same ref# but different band.
