10KT Yellow Gold Filled Bulova Excellency with glossy black dial and gold printed 3, 9, 12 and hour markers with white printed "Bulova Excellency". Scalloped sides at 3 and 9 o'clock. Diminutive at 38mm x 32mm. Case back is marked 10KT Gold Filled Bulova L2 with the serial number. The entire case including back is gold filled. 16mm lugs. The movement is a 7AA but does have an unusual U mark which I do not believe is a date code.
My guess is that the "U" is "L1" for 1951. That would seem to make sense. 1952 His Excellency D, like this one.

Thank you. I actually believe I have this exact bracelet. I took it off and put it on leather. I need to dig it back out.

Wow, Good for you! If you have the original expansion band and it's functional: I would put it back on.
I would agree with His Excellency 'D'. The pricelists show the His Exc D as model# 37177 @ $71.50, and they also list the Drake with that model# and price, and list the Drake with case color 'Y'. There are no ads for this Drake that I could find.
Looks lime the HE D... lugs threw me a sec but one of the pics show them bowed back like the ad.
Another nice one JimDon,
