Rose gold with a copper face with raised guilt numerals (white gold) instead of black printed ones. Black stick hands. No date stamp on case back, so it's dated by movement and case s/n. Mounted on a NOS period replacement band. I don't see an exact face match. It appears to be a His Excellency "TT", but that is a guess. It appears to match documented examples in the Db except for the more elaborate face. It has stepped ends between the lugs, and lugs have facet lines running from case corners to points that segment them with 3 flat plains instead of being rounded smooth (if that makes sense).
Crystal in convex from side to side with flat ends. Running and keeping time.
This one has me stumped. This is definitely a different case and dial. I can't find a match.

Looking at the 2 lugs on the left side of the watch in ad, I'm pretty sure the case is the same. It was almost impossible to get the lighting right to show the lines (as seen in ad) on subject watch.
Looks like a Bulova His Excellency "TT" to me.
I agree that the case is a match to the His Excellency TT but the dial is completely different. I'm on the fence.
Perhaps we can agree on His Excellency with no variant?

I bought a non-working one today like this, rose gold and copper dial, so I've been interested in this one. Well, it's almost like this one. It has red hour and seconds hands and a blue minutes hand! I'll correct that.
James, you've been nailing it with identifications lately, and it looks like you've done it again. One thing though. The ad included by the OT says 10K yellow or red gold. The subject watch and mine are 14K. I'm new at this, but I don't remember seeing any 10K rose gold. Is the discrepancy in the ad copy?
