It's close. I've seen this case model number 31725 go by a few different names between 53 and 55 (Rubyiat, Senator then Rocket), all at different price points.
We have four other examples of this model, all listed as unknown:

The case is a match to the His Excellency “B”.

Unless the shadow dial is a factor. There are other models, like the Winchester, that have shadow dial and non shadow dial versions.
