Hi bulova lovers !

This one was a nighrmare to id. But i guess a His Excellency. Movemwnt '48 in a case '49. With wrong hands. Maybe they give hands option but im not sure of this.

Watch run pretty well and keep time even the 3 missing screws.🤦

Nice one, thanks for sharing. Based on case s/n,  I believe him to be a 

 1949 His Excellency "XX" noting likely replaced hands
