I found this in a jewelry lot recently. I was wondering if I could get some help identifying it. Here's the weird part though; it uses a date code never used by Bulova, being "I". I was wondering if I could get any info at all about this watch (Model, year, even simple stuff like the case type). I have been able to confirm it is a legit Bulova with totally originally parts.

Ha! You got it! Perfect match, even has the mysterious "I"! So my intuition on it being a 1949 was right! (Also, that means my band is a replacement IMO.)
