1948 American Eagle  Didn't see an ad for one but it does match this one in the database-  https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1948-american-eagle-1200  I went with the American Eagle vs His Excellency due to the top of the lugs forming a "square" vs an "L" shape like the His Excellency  Nice runner..needs a little cleaning and oiling but runs good.....crappy band

I would agree with American Eagle based on the lugs.  It took me a few minutes to digest the subtle difference.  I was able to find a couple of ads in 1947, seems like most were in 1946.  Nice job on finding the ID.
