Hello everyone! Adding my new Bulova to the database. I think it is either a 1947 or 1948 Her Excellency H. Unfortunately it does not run, it feels like it is over wound and noticed some rust(?) on the side by the crown. Also, noticed some engraving on the inside of the bezel (or case, I'm not sure of the proper term?). Is this normal? It looks like Roman numerals maybe. Looking to see what you all think! Thanks!

Thank you! I cannot take full credit, I did clean the case and all of the gunk off of it (which there was a lot, yuck haha) I asked one of my jeweler friends to buff the crystal (as I am not so comfortable with the wheel yet, maybe one day soon though). I love this line too! I am actually expecting a Her Excellency L with original band in the mail soon, I'm very excited!
