At first I thought this was Beatrice.  But after looking at a closeup of the ad here https://mybulova.com/watches/1940-beatrice-7119 it is not the same.  The other one that looks like a match is Miss America "F".  I am going to pull out my ad and take a close up photo of it to get a better look.
