Preliminary call would be 1938 Montgomery. Case is 10 K yellow gold filled. Has a 7AP, 17 jewel movement consistent with others in the database. Its 1939. IMO possibly the coolest Bulova design. It seems to be relatively unique, too. I don't see the same design in watches from other companies.

I believe the recessed crown is a key indicator. 1938 Bulova Montgomery it would be.
