Everything points to an Apollo but noting that the ad does say Green Gold stripes.  This appears to be yellow gold which might have been a variant.   That being said I am comfortable with the 1930 Bulova Apollo assignment.

We discussed this a few years ago; if I remember correctly the difference between yellow and green gold is the amount of copper in the alloy. Green tends to darken over time like brass does.

Same here 1930 Bulova Apollo would seem to be the logical ID.
