Here is another unusual Bulova. It appears to be a straight up 1930 Ambassador in white gold with a 10AN movement with an Omega date code. All checks out except the dial. This is a white dial with applied yellow gold hour markers instead of radium. The hands are yellow gold also. It looks like the case and dial have always been together from the shadowing on the dial. I wonder if the Ambassador had a non-radium option. This is not the first non-radium dial Ambassador. There is a 1929 previously reported with this dial. See the following link. https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1929-ambassador-2878?page=1 I have to say the gold hands and hour markers with the white gold case make for a very attractive watch. Watch is running great. The bracelet is an add on by me since it was a super close match to the ad bracelet and I had it laying around. Unfortunately it is a tad small for my wrist.
Nice example Ambassador with original band, it would be good to exchange hands for the right Squelettes type

Very nice! Maybe a replacement dial or a variant yet to be discovered? Nice you had a close band to install.

I like this model, I've had several over the years. No problem with the dial.

1930 Ambassador. That is some serious engraving on the back, there's a disappearing art for you.
