It runs ok, the plastic dust cover is intact and its' still "hot".
I would have to say the dial was re-lumed as the radium from that era deteriorated the paint it was mixed with to dust...very cool watch , I love those hands !!!

Updated to Dewey based on this advert that indicates the green gold highlights. I don't believe we have any Governor adverts stating this.
Thank you for amount of time you have researched on my watch. I can also now look for a crown that came with this model. The one I have on it, while OEM, is clearly from a newer model.

Is the inner bezel gold green or yellow? I can't really tell from the photo. I doupt it would be named a different model based on the highlight gold being yellow vs green, but thought I'd ask. I have a similar model and mine has yellow gold on inner verticle bezel.
Only six digits in case SN. Looks like the first digit is a 9, and its just the seventh digit which is unknown. Rob- are you still checking in? Mvnt looks like 15 jewel?
